The new structure, driven by the rapid growth of the firm, includes:

• GTS Securities, a leading global trading firm and electronic market maker;
• GTS Asset Management, a multi-asset class adviser to private funds;
• GTS Digital, a cryptocurrency and digital assets trading firm; and
• GTS Execution Services, a full-service agency execution broker.

This structure formalizes GTS Digital’s role within the GTS family through the integration of the operations and personnel of the digital asset trading firm Radkl, which was launched by GTS partners in September 2021.  The new digital arm will be led by Ryan Sheftel, Radkl’s CEO and a partner at GTS.
