New York City – (March 31, 2023) – The GTS corporate family, a collection of financial services companies spanning a wide array of asset classes and investment approaches, today announced revamped organizational branding.
The new structure, driven by the rapid growth of the firm, includes:
- GTS Securities, a leading global trading firm and electronic market maker;
- GTS Asset Management, a multi-asset class adviser to private funds;
- GTS Digital, a cryptocurrency and digital assets trading firm; and
- GTS Execution Services, a full-service agency execution broker.
This structure formalizes GTS Digital’s role within the GTS family through the integration of the operations and personnel of the digital asset trading firm Radkl, which was launched by GTS partners in September 2021. The new digital arm will be led by Ryan Sheftel, Radkl’s CEO and a partner at GTS.
“Our digital trading operations over the past 16 months have exceeded our expectations,” said Sheftel. “We look forward to continued success as part of the broader integrated team at GTS.”
GTS began in 2006 with the launch of a proprietary trading firm that grew into GTS Securities, LLC, a leading market participant in trading global equities, futures, fixed income and ETFs, accounting for 3-5% of daily cash equities volume in the U.S., and one of the largest designated market makers at the New York Stock Exchange, responsible for the trading of almost 900 public companies that have a total market capitalization of approximately $13 trillion dollars.
Ari Rubenstein, co-founder and CEO of GTS, said, “The data-driven, pricing precision of GTS across asset classes is more important than ever in today’s unpredictable and highly volatile market environment. We pride ourselves in providing superior liquidity solutions and high-touch client service to many of the world’s leading financial institutions and public companies. Today’s announcement is proof of our commitment to continually extend the GTS capabilities to new and exciting markets.”
GTS is a collection of financial services companies spanning a wide array of asset classes and investment approaches, all powered by the combination of market expertise with innovative, proprietary technology. With roots as a quantitative trading firm continually building for the future, the GTS family of companies are able to leverage the latest in artificial intelligence systems and sophisticated pricing models to bring consistency, efficiency, and transparency to today’s financial markets. GTS’s electronic market maker GTS Securities accounts for 3-5% of daily cash equities volume in the U.S. and is a leading Designated Market Maker (DMM) at the New York Stock Exchange, responsible for nearly $13 trillion of market capitalization.
